Biography Of Swami Vivekananda
Vivekananda was born on January 12,1863. His real name was Narendranath Dutta. He was one of the most famous spiritual leaders of India. He took the ancient Indian message of Vedanta to the west and at the same time called upon Indians to serve God in man. He was a great social reformer and inspiring personality of India. Vivekananda was called by name Narendranath Dutta. His Father's name was Vishwanath Dutta. He was a successful lawyer with considerable influence in society. His Mother's name was Bhuvaneshwari Devi. She was a woman with a strong and godly spirit who was a great influence on her son. As a child, he was sharp minded and he was also basically philosophied Hindu culture believing in all religions as equal mutual respect to all religions & humanity. He said that conversion is important as all religions lead to talk of creator who teaches, humanity towards all is creations, humans, animals and nature.
